Before you learn, here are some tips to help you get started.

You will need a laptop or computer with good internet access. This is described in more details here.

Find Courses and Teacher. Click on Teacher's Profiles and Courses and learn more about them. You can contact a Teacher by sending them a message via their Profile Page and introduce yourself, explain your line of work or study and your interest. You can discuss customized lessons, fees and scheduling. This helps you choose a suitable course and teacher before you Register. Read their Reviews/References/Endorsements and check out their LinkedIn Profile if applicable.

Introduce Yourself. Following a successful Registration, contact your Teacher. Your Teacher may also be in contact with you. Use the Messages icon in your Account. You can see everyone in your Classroom in your, 'My Course' page.

Absences, Late for Class, Cancellations and Refunds. If you are going to be absent, late or require to cancel a Registered class, you must contact your Teacher and notify them in advance of the start of the lesson, class or course. Your Teacher can decide to offer you a Make Up lesson, a recorded lesson, or issue a Course refund under their own discretion. It is important to communicate with your Teachers in advance. Failing to notify your teacher in advance will mark your class as being delivered by that teacher. Let'sGo2Class' Registration fee to process your Course is non-refundable. If your class is cancelled or rescheduled by your Teacher, your Course Payment is held until the Course and Lesson is marked completed by Let'sGo2Class. In this case, you can contact your Teacher and ask for a rescheduled class or request a refund. It is important to keep all communications through the Let'sGo2Class messages so we can assist Users in the case to assist in determining a Resolution for a full refund.
